Anika advises clients on complex intellectual property and technology matters, including IP licensing arrangements, technology commercialisation, research and development projects, and consumer law. She also advises on regulatory compliance, with particular experience in franchising, data privacy and breach response, therapeutic goods and food standards.

Anika also leads several pro bono partnership programs, providing legal support to vulnerable members of the community.
