Anna is an experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer specialising in complex restructuring, insolvency and distressed debt transactions. She has extensive experience in financial and operational restructuring and turnaround, working closely with clients to create value in distressed situations.
She has acted for banks, special situations groups, insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors on prominent insolvency and distressed situations within the Australian market. She has also been involved in many of Australia's largest corporate insolvencies, with the specialist expertise in all aspects of secured creditor recovery.
Her expertise includes advising on informal workouts, formal insolvency appointments, all aspects of security enforcement and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Anna is a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association, the Turnaround Management Association, and INSOL International.
In 2023, she completed the Corporate Director Certificate at Harvard Business School.
