Anton is a private funds and investments lawyer, specialising in all aspects of corporate work relating to private funds. He acts for both fund managers and investors across a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, debt and real estate. This work involves advising clients on fund formations, investments in private funds, co-investments, continuation funds and private fund secondaries.
