Beth has significant experience in commercial, industrial and retail property transactions and projects.
She has a particular interest in major pre-commitment and other commercial office leasing in both Melbourne and Sydney, having assisted Medibank, NAB, SEEK, Arup, Transurban and News Corporation with their head office requirements in recent years.
Beth is able to provide support to clients across the entire leasing process, including tendering, preparation of agreement for lease and lease documentation, bid evaluation, the negotiation of legal documents and post-execution contract management support.
Beth also has extensive experience in property sales and acquisitions and property development, including in conducting and co-ordinating due diligence matters.
