Dilek is specialised in advising clients on a range of domestic and international debt financings. She is experienced in acting for both lenders and borrowers, with a focus on property and development financing, acquisition financing and corporate lending.
Dilek regularly works with corporate clients, financial institutions and foreign investors. She also acts for institutions and financial service providers taking on agency and trustee roles, particularly in the context of securitisation transactions.
Dilek has spent time providing general banking and corporate advice while on secondment at an Australian investment institution, regularly participates in pro-bono initiatives and has been recognised as a finalist in Lawyers Weekly’s 30 under 30 Awards.
