Elle is a corporate litigator with extensive experience in commercial litigation, investigations and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for large Australian corporate entities, multinational corporations, government agencies, regulators and high-net-worth individuals across a range of corporate, contractual and civil disputes. Elle regularly appears before all NSW jurisdiction courts, the Federal Court of Australia and interstate supreme courts.
Elle advises clients across diverse sectors including financial services, government, technology, health, construction and mining. She also has expertise in insurance law, acting for domestic and international insurers and insureds in complex insurance matters, particularly in financial lines and public liability. Elle is experienced in navigating intricate and niche legal issues and has presented before the Court on novel statutory interpretation questions.
