She has acted for large Australian corporate entities, multinational corporations, government agencies, regulators and high-net-worth individuals across numerous high-stakes, high-profile matters involving significant reputational, regulatory and commercial risk. Elle regularly appears before all NSW jurisdiction courts, the Federal Court of Australia and interstate supreme courts.
Elle advises clients across a broad range of sectors including financial services, government, technology, media, health, construction and mining. She also has expertise in insurance law, acting for domestic and international insurers and insureds in complex insurance matters, particularly across financial lines, construction risks and public liability. Elle is experienced in navigating intricate and niche legal issues and has presented before the Court on novel statutory interpretation questions.
