Eloise is an experienced legal practitioner specialising in ESG and responsible business conduct. Eloise advises on ESG governance, risk management and mitigation, with a focus on human rights, modern slavery and anti-bribery and corruption.
Eloise works with a range of Australian and international clients to understand their obligations under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and to develop and implement systems to identify, assess, manage and report on the human rights impacts of their operations and supply chain.
She is experienced in advising on the interpretation and implementation of international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
