Emily is an experienced environment and planning lawyer, advising clients across a range of government and private sectors in all aspects of planning, projects and environmental law.
Her expertise in the infrastructure and energy sectors has seen her involved in projects at all stages of development, advising in areas including equity and contract structuring and financing.
Emily advises on matters relating to compulsory acquisition and strategic planning, and acts on injunction proceedings. In addition, she regularly assists organisations in navigating NSW state planning systems and complying with environmental regulations. This includes managing proceedings and providing strategic advice in criminal investigations for breaches of environmental law.
