Katrina Swift

Katrina is an experienced real estate fund and transactional lawyer who has advised on multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions as well as real asset fund creation, reshaping and management. 

Her expertise spans all major real estate asset classes, including office, living (build-to-rent, social and affordable housing and PBSA), health, industrial, retail, storage and data centres, involving both stabilised and development assets. She also has particular experience in acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and club structures and investment management arrangements. 

Katrina has worked in both private practice and in-house roles, including at QIC for over a decade where she held a number of positions, including General Counsel of the real estate and product divisions.  

Katrina is admitted to practise in Queensland, New South Wales, and England & Wales.
