Linda is a senior Environment and Planning lawyer specialising in strategic and statutory planning approval processes, covering areas such as roads, signage, heritage, Aboriginal cultural heritage, compulsory land acquisition, development and infrastructure contributions and environmental protection regulations.
With a deep understanding of the building and planning sectors, she assists both Government and private sector clients across all stages of development applications, planning scheme amendments and Court/ Tribunal hearings.
Linda also gained valuable experience as a secondee lawyer with the Department of Transport Legal (Public Law), advising on various environment, planning and administrative law matters.
Before becoming a lawyer, Linda practised as an architect, working on major significant institutional and commercial projects.
