Lucy acts for Australian financial institutions, ASX listed companies, government agencies and multinational corporations on complex insurance matters. In addition to the advisory work, Lucy also assists with disputed insurance claims arising in the context of class actions, major infrastructure projects, cyber attacks and property damage, among other things.
