He provides advisory, transactional and regulatory dispute services to superannuation trustees as well as fund managers, financial advisory firms, platforms and other financial services and credit providers, helping clients navigate interactions with key regulators, particularly ASIC, APRA and AUSTRAC.
Mark serves on the Law Council’s Financial Services Committee and is a member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australia’s Nature Working Group.
