A specialist in intellectual property and privacy law, Michael has a broad practice in commercial contracts, procurement and outsourcing, with a focus on complex IP licensing arrangements, data sharing and IT services. He also regularly advises on consumer law matters, with a particular focus on advertising and business communications.
Michael advises clients across a broad range of industries, including government, technology, telecommunications, banking and the start-up sector, both in Australia and abroad.
