Robert is an experienced lawyer who advises on regulatory compliance matters relating to privacy and data protection, marketing and brand strategy and export controls.
His expertise includes advising on a broad range of commercial contracting areas, including drafting various outsourcing arrangements, system implementation agreements, software licences and IP agreements.
Robert has also advised on data privacy matters and data issues for major international and national technology and media brands.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Robert has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, with a major in Mechanical Systems and a concurrent Diploma of Applied Mathematics.
