Samuel has broad experience across all aspects of planning and environment law, with a particular focus on litigation, enforcement matters and administrative law.
Having acted for both public and private sector clients, Samuel has an understanding of the key strategic issues and objectives of all parties in a planning or environmental dispute, allowing him to deliver practical and comprehensive results for his clients.
Samuel also actively contributes to Corrs’ pro bono initiatives, volunteering with the Refugee Civil Law Clinic and the Self Representation Service.
