Sarah is a Senior Associate in Corrs’ Intellectual Property Group and a registered Trade Marks Attorney. In 2022, Sarah was recognised by her clients, peers and the industry as an up-and coming leader in IP when she received the 30 Under 30 Award for Intellectual Property by Lawyers Weekly and she was elected to sit on both the Victorian Committee and the Trans Tasman National Committee for the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
Sarah advises domestic and international clients across the consumer retail, life sciences, manufacturing and technology and media industry sectors. Working across the full scope of trade mark prosecution and litigious matters, Sarah’s practice covers trade marks, patents, copyright, designs, domain names and complex issues such as breach of confidence and misleading or deceptive conduct. As an IP litigator, Sarah has represented clients in the Trade Marks Office, the Federal Court, the Full Federal Court, and the High Court of Australia.
