Thomas’ area of practice is focused primarily on dispute resolution and dispute avoidance. He has experience advising and representing clients in relation to a wide range of issues arising out of construction, infrastructure and energy and resources projects.
Thomas advises owners and contractors through different stages of a project, from contract advice to claims management and dispute resolution, including on design and construction deficiencies and the associated cost implications.
Thomas is member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Society of Construction Law. Thomas was formerly the Chair of the Editorial Board of the Construction Law International Journal, which is published by the International Construction Projects Committee of the IBA.
