He has advised on some of the country’s largest and most complex transactions with his practice spanning public and private M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and regulatory investigations, including cross-border transactions involving private equity sponsors and listed entities. He also advises on regulatory and corporate governance matters and has worked across a range of industries on strategic corporate activity.

Tim is a member of the Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves as an officer of the Securities Law and Capital Markets Committee of the International Bar Association.
