An experienced employment and labour lawyer, Tom advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious industrial and workplace relations matters in the mining, construction and government sectors.
He assists employers in relation to disciplinary processes, unfair dismissals, adverse action, and restraint of trade. Tom also works on large scale commercial transactions advising on legal obligations for employees in acquisitions, mergers and business transfers.
Prior to joining Corrs, Tom practised employment law at a leading New Zealand commercial and public law firm.
