A banking lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in corporate, property, asset and project finance, Tony has expertise in personal property securities issues and frequently advises clients in respect of lending and security structures, leasing and subcontracting.
Tony advises and presents to a range of Australian and international clients in industries including banking and financial services, property development, technology, civil engineering and manufacturing.

Acted for National Australia Bank Limited in respect of the AU$128 million syndicated facility agreement for the development of ‘The Miller’, North Sydney.
Acted for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in respect of asset leasing facilities for helicopters with Raytheon and the Royal Australian Navy.
Acted for Commonwealth Bank of Australia in respect of fitout facilities for the offices of Deloitte Australia.
Acted for Downer EDI Limited in respect of the refinancing of its primary syndicated and bilateral facilities with a broad range of Australian and international financiers.
Acted for St Paul’s College, University of Sydney in respect of facilities provided by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited for the development of new buildings at St Paul’s College.
