Vijay Adithya

Vijay specialises in financial services law, with a focus on superannuation and funds management. He acts for financial services licensees, superannuation trustees and fund managers on a range of regulatory and transactional matters. 

Vijay's experience includes advising on fund mergers, the negotiation of material provider arrangements, including group life insurance, custody, investment management and administration agreements, governance and compliance frameworks, disclosure obligations, remediation programs and regulatory change projects. He also supports clients in their engagement with key regulators, including ASIC, APRA and AUSTRAC, including in complex investigations. 

Vijay is a member of the ASFA Future Leaders Working Group.
