Ying Wong

Ying is a litigator with a practice focused on complex commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, inquiries and Royal Commissions.

She has significant experience acting for both regulators and regulated entities in competition and consumer law matters, including advising the Essential Services Commission, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Meta, Inc. in high-profile civil penalty proceedings. Ying also regularly advises and represents the State of Victoria, statutory corporations and private entities in public law and commercial litigation. She was previously an associate to a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Ying is a member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and serves as a working group lead on the Corrs Cultural Diversity Committee.
