Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised the dealers and joint lead managers, Barrenjoey/Barclays, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Mizuho and Westpac Institutional Bank on AusNet’s record issuance of A$950 million of hybrid bonds (30-year non-call six structure) – Australia’s largest ever corporate hybrid issuance.

AusNet is Victoria’s largest diversified energy network business and a frequent issuer in domestic and offshore debt capital markets.
