Advised a major construction company and a major real estate industry participant on the regulatory requirements for the deployment of solar generating systems through Australia including Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Advised Aurizon Network in relation to its investment in the Surat Basin Rail Project as a member of the Surat Basin Rail joint venture. The Surat Basin Rail or ‘Southern Missing Link’ is a project to develop, construct and operate a 214 km railway to boost the development of the Surat Basin in Queensland. The other members of the joint venture are Glencore and ATEC.
Advised the administrators of the Bandanna Group in relation to the sale of various assets of the Bandanna Group and various general corporate and commercial contracting issues associated with the administration of the Bandanna Group.
Advised LMA Support Services, an SPV established by the Queensland Government, and the LMA SPVs established for the Theodore, St George, Eton and Emerald irrigation channel schemes on the proposal to implement local management arrangements for SunWater’s channel irrigation schemes.
