Lisa is a project development, energy and construction lawyer with experience advising international and local sponsors, developers, contractors, vendors and investors on major renewable projects.
Lisa works across the full project lifecycle, from project structuring, procurement strategy and legal due diligence through to contract negotiation, delivery and operations across a broad suite of commercial contracts including early works agreement, EPC, operation and maintenance agreements, service agreements, connection agreements, offtake arrangements and PPAs.
