Acted for National Australia Bank on the delivery and implementation of 3 major transactions comprising NAB’s Melbourne CBD head office comprising a 66,000 square metre whole of building pre-commitment at 405 Bourke Street, a 35,000 square metre pre-commitment in the A$1.6 billion complex at Wynyard Place in Sydney CBD and a 40,000 square metre office tower in the metropolitan suburb of Parramatta.

Coles Limited

Acted for Coles in the development of 2 highly automated distribution centres in Queensland and NSW. These are state of the art distribution centres which will entirely transform the logistics and supply chain for Coles supermarkets in these States, by driving major efficiencies and modernisation. The new warehouses will store and distribute twice the volume of groceries with half the footprint of existing centres.

Mirvac and Blackstone

Acted for Mirvac and Blackstone Group (as co-owners) in respect of Westpac’s head office lease of over 58,000m2 in a premium grade asset in Sydney, including advising on appropriate transaction structuring to accommodate significant redevelopment works.

Medibank

Advised Medibank on the establishment of major new national headquarters in Melbourne valued comprising 30,000 square metres at 720 Bourke Street Docklands.

Goodman

Acted for Goodman on its lease of over 42,000 square metres of industrial logistics space to Amazon in Moorebank, Sydney, including advising on transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation. The lease represented Amazon’s largest foray to date into the Australian market.
