Alicia is a commercial litigation expert who specialises in restructuring, insolvency and banking litigation.
She has extensive experience advising insolvency practitioners, financiers, boards and creditors in connection with restructurings, debt recovery or formal insolvency arrangements.
Alicia also advises corporates and individuals in relation to their complex litigation. She is known for her practical and strategic approach to disputes, mitigating risk and reputational issues for her clients throughout the litigation process.
Alicia is on the Victorian Committee of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and is a member of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV).
